Nnenna Alintah, promoted to the Board of Directors Nigeria

Nnenna Alintah, promoted to the Board of Directors Nigeria

The Broll Property Group has announced the appointment of Nnenna Alintah to the Board of Directors Nigeria, which along with the forthcoming move to a prestigious and iconic building in Victoria Island, Lagos, makes a strong statement. In Alintah's words: "We are driving a new refreshed culture at Broll, and one that will further cement Broll's brand and position across all its service lines."

Alintah, whose experience spans some two decades within the real estate environment across the globe, has been applying her knowledge on a local level  for the past 10 years, most recently as Head of Broll's Occupier Services and Research, a role which she has held for the last 6+ years.

The significance of Alintah's Directorship appointment comes at a time of great change, manifested by the Covid-19 outbreak. "It's relevant because great opportunities are born out of challenging times. Corporates and occupiers are rethinking how they occupy space, there is a revolution in mobility and remote working," says Alintah. I am committed to driving and executing the strategies born out of this changing landscape, both within Broll and for our clients."

Alintah intends to see Broll attain a new level of excellence, by transcending the excellent supplier relationships the Group is known for, into partnerships. It's the next elevation of her much admired ability in developing strategies for blue chip companies that are impactful for businesses across a diversity of industries.

"This is also a time to focus on people, driving the right behaviors of employees, pushing boundaries and delivering productivity despite limitations. Every organisation is reflecting on what has been done right and what has been done wrong and this is manifesting in a paradigm shift," says Alintah. "Even within Broll, a company that I felt from the start was my career family, there is a scaling up and I'm witnessing support and unity that must be nurtured."

Nurturing is also something Alintah is entrenching. "Mentoring allows us to promote a culture encouraging people to be the best versions of themselves that they can be. This similarly applies to how we interact with Broll clients, we want their businesses to be the best they can be. Every executive is looking to understand where growth will come from, what they've learned, and where next to take their business. We are looking deeper into where gaps exist, finding solutions and providing support that has a lasting and meaningful effect."

"I am incredibly proud that Broll is leading these changes, is inclusive and transformative. My appointment is a reflection of the Group's continued growth across Africa. As a market leader and one that embraces organic growth, it considers that its Boards' must be truly representative of the people of its host countries," says Alintah. "I believe in this brand, it is moving us all into a new era of growth and performance."
