Broll Ghana was established in 2006 as a joint venture between two Ghanaian entities – the State Insurance Company (SIC) and Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) – and Broll Property Group (BPG) of South Africa.
The amalgamation came about following Ghana’s growing and increasingly sophisticated commercial, retail and industrial property market, and a concurrent need for management systems and processes of international standing.
This property professionalism has been well accepted and Broll Ghana has quickly established a solid reputation for delivering quality services at competitive prices across the full spectrum of property types – retail, commercial, industrial and residential.
From modest beginnings, the company’s portfolio has grown significantly to include numerous flagship buildings across the country. The management and leasing of the Accra Mall placed Broll Ghana firmly on the West African property map. This mall remains the largest fully enclosed shopping centre in West Africa and has set new benchmarks in the region for retail centres.
Broll Ghana is delivery oriented. We recruit only the best people with property, finance, engineering and marketing backgrounds, and we provide additional training using sophisticated and internationally benchmarked systems.
The Broll Online software system was developed using more than 30 years of property management experience and is the backbone of the business. Providing an extensive range of reports, it is available via the internet and secure login procedures – as a property owner or manager, your live management information is only a mouse click away.
Our over-arching goal is to maximise your property’s potential. If you have a retail, commercial, industrial or residential property and need advice, give us a call or email by clicking here.
